Tech Product Manager

VTEX is seeking a Tech Product Manager to join the Product team at Weni by VTEX, a business unit of VTEX. The Product Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end creation of products, working hands-on in the definition, development, and delivery of high-impact solutions. He will work closely with design, engineering, and data teams to bring the product vision to life.

Role involves:

• Defining and articulating the product vision and strategy.
• Leading the discovery process and turning ideas into testable prototypes.
• Working with engineering, design, and data teams to build and launch products.
• Developing and maintaining the product roadmap.
• Defining product requirements and collaborating with technical teams.
• Tracking success metrics and iterating based on user feedback.
• Leading product rituals with a focus on deliveries.

Requirements:

• Strong builder mindset with a passion for launching products.
• Experience in shipping digital products.
• Knowledge of discovery techniques, UX design, technology, and product metrics.
• Ability to switch between strategic thinking and tactical execution.
• Direct, collaborative communication skills.
• Background in Product Management, Engineering, Design, or related fields.
• Hands-on technical knowledge.
