Job Description
NZXT, a global organization, is seeking a Global Controller to join their team in Banqiao, Taiwan. The Global Controller will direct and oversee day-to-day activities for all general ledger operational accounting service center with a focus on internal controls and standardizing processes. He/she will ensure transactions are recognized in accordance with US GAAP accounting standards and NZXT accounting policies. He/she will manage the monthly and quarterly close process ensuring timeliness and accuracy of the financial results. He/she will develop and maintain the NZXT accounting policies, procedures and related documentation to include strong internal controls and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards. He/she will be the point of contact and manage the audits (corporate and statutory), tax, valuation, and other finance related engagements with third party firms. He/she will maintain sufficient funds by forecasting cash requirements and obligations. He/she will assist the team to prepare reports for multiple stakeholders (internal and external), including trend/flux analysis. He/she will actively partner with other business operations and departments to build scalable processes and drive best practices. He/she will provide hands-on mentorship and training to accounting staff. He/she will provide support to finance management and internal customers as needs arise, including ad-hoc project.

  • Be the point of contact and manage the audits, tax, valuation, and other finance related engagements with third party firms
  • Assist the team to prepare reports for multiple stakeholders

  • Provide hands-on mentorship and training to accounting staff
  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 15 years of related experience
  • US CPA
  • Must have GAAP related accounting policy, procedures, close checklist experience
  • Multi-national unit organization accounting experience
  • Implementing/Optimizing close processes and reconciliations
  • Experience with evaluation of third-party accounting consultants / auditing
