Engineering Manager

Innovaccer is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the technical vision and roadmap for its applications. The Engineering Manager will build a high-performing team and work closely with various stakeholders to understand product vision and customer usage. This role is a key member of the Engineering leadership team.

Role involves:

• Working with business and product teams to understand product vision and requirements
• Designing, building, and operating products and solutions
• Establishing technical excellence, standards, and tooling
• Collaborating with product management, platform engineering, customer engineering, and other stakeholders
• Troubleshooting customer incidents and production issues
• Building a team of engineering leaders and engineers

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in designing, building, and operating products
• Experience in delivering enterprise software products (web and mobile)
• Strong experience in FE and BE technologies (like JS and Python), API/microservices architecture, serverless technologies, streaming technologies, middleware, distributed systems, logging and SQL and NoSQL stores
• Experience in Agile development methodologies
• Experience with CICD, release management, observability and test tools
• Experience in cloud computing platforms like Amazon Web Services and Azure
• Ability to work across multiple teams
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to influence peers and management
• Ability to lead and grow people
