Senior Data Scientist

Innovaccer is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to enhance patient care through data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage healthcare data to develop algorithms for personalized treatments, focusing on clinical and behavioral patient history. This role involves defining and building the next generation of predictive analytics tools within the healthcare sector.

The Senior Data Scientist will work within Innovaccer's analytics team, which is dedicated to integrating analytics and data science across various products. The team plays a crucial role in constructing analytical models to aid end-users in making informed decisions, driving product success through continuous improvement and innovative methodologies.

Role Involves:

• Designing and leading AI initiatives to improve patient health and wellness.
• Collaborating with business leaders and customers to address pain points and develop large-scale solutions.
• Defining technical architecture to productize machine-learning algorithms.
• Integrating data science capabilities into product workflows.
• Building tools for repeatable data tasks to accelerate development.
• Defining and executing quarterly roadmaps.

Requirements:

• Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in Data Science (healthcare experience a plus).
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Python for building enterprise applications.
• Experience with deep learning techniques and GenAI pipelines.
• Experience deploying deep learning models in production at scale.
• Knowledge of classical ML techniques and model explainability.
• Experience with ML platforms like Databricks, Azure ML, or Sagemaker.
• Knowledge of implementing an MLOps framework.
• Customer-focused attitude.
