Job Description
Betsson Group is seeking a fluent Danish-speaking Outbound Agent to join their new Customer Service team in Malta. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with strong communication skills, dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences. This role involves making outbound calls to existing customers, providing tailored support, and working towards daily KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Work towards daily KPIs and performance targets
- Make outbound calls to existing customers
- Communicate via phone, chat, and email in Danish
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions
- Collaborate effectively with the team
Requirements:
- Fluency in Danish (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- iGaming experience is a plus
