Job Description
Sterlington, an international law firm, is seeking a Mid to Senior Level Associate to join its growing IP litigation team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience as a patent litigator and a strong academic background, including a PhD in life sciences. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with ex-BigLaw Partners and progress their career.
The Role Involves:
- Collaborating with Partners on complex, high-stakes litigation.
- Handling patent litigation cases in federal court.
- Managing all aspects of patent litigation cases.
- Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience as a patent litigator.
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
- MA and ideally a PhD in life sciences.
- Experience in Hatch-Waxman litigation preferred.
- Admitted and in good standing to any US state bar.
- Worked for an AmLaw 200 firm.
- Strong writing and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
