Job Description

HeyGen is seeking a Video Editor to create engaging video content for various platforms. The Video Editor will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce videos for product demos, tutorials, social media, and promotional campaigns. They will add motion graphics, visual effects, and sound design to enhance video production, and assist in the ideation and creation of video concepts, storyboards, and scripts.

The Video Editor will also maintain and organize video assets, implement feedback from stakeholders, and stay updated on video trends. They will test and provide feedback on HeyGen’s video generation platform.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce video content.
• Adding motion graphics, visual effects, and sound design.
• Assisting in the ideation and creation of video concepts.
• Maintaining and organizing video assets.
• Implementing feedback from stakeholders.
• Staying updated on video trends.
• Testing and providing feedback on HeyGen’s video generation platform.

Requirements include:

• 3+ years of professional experience in video editing.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Premier Pro.
• Proficiency in motion design software such as After Effects.
• Experience with motion graphics, color grading, audio editing, and visual effects.
• Familiarity with AI-powered video tools.
• Strong storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience working with social media video formats.
