Figure is seeking a Customer Success Associate to join their team in Reno, NV. Figure is a financial technology firm focused on maximizing the value of homeownership. The Customer Success Associate will be the first point of contact for customers, providing guidance on products and applications. Role involves:
  • Managing inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers.
  • Helping customers navigate the application process.
  • Troubleshooting issues and resolving concerns.
  • Providing technical support.
  • Conducting video notary sessions.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years in a customer-facing role.
  • BA/BS from an accredited university preferred.
  • Clear, confident, and compassionate communication skills.
  • Ability to become a licensed e-notary.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset.
