Jumio is seeking an Account Manager, APAC, based in Malaysia, to foster customer success and drive business value. The Account Manager will manage customer onboarding, provide ongoing support, and promote adoption and growth for assigned accounts. This role is pivotal in ensuring a mutually beneficial relationship between Jumio and its customers, contributing to the company's long-term success and making the digital world safer.Role involves:
- Ensuring customer success through onboarding, support, and adoption.
- Expanding Jumio’s footprint within accounts.
- Strategizing and executing account plans.
- Managing accounts across industries to meet retention and growth targets.
- Handling account escalations and securing referrals.
- Maintaining CRM data.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of working with ‘C’ suite executives.
- B2B direct selling and/or Account Management experience.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Business proficiency in Mandarin.
