Application Builder (Anaplan Model Builder)

Job Description

Anaplan is seeking an Application Builder to join their Finance and Workforce Center of Excellence. In this role, the individual will be responsible for building out-of-the-box and extendable applications on the Anaplan platform for planning, forecasting, and reporting use cases across various industries. The Application Builder will collaborate with Application Solutions Architects and Finance Product Management teams to deliver applications that meet requirements and leverage the full capabilities of the platform. This role requires excellent collaboration skills, a deep understanding of Finance use cases, Anaplan platform expertise, and strong attention to detail.

Role involves:
• Building and delivering Finance Applications using Anaplan platform components.
• Partnering with Finance Product Management to understand and document application requirements.
• Designing and building applications and user experiences that meet UX standards.
• Participating in quality assurance and refining applications as needed.
• Upgrading applications with new Anaplan platform capabilities.
• Partnering with Center of Excellence Advisors, Product Management, Professional Services, and GTM Enablement Teams.
• Acting as a trusted internal and external knowledge expert for Finance Applications.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as an Anaplan Model Builder, deploying Finance use cases.
• At least Level 3 Certification.
• Experience with scalability, configurable functionality, and managing application build activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and knowledge-sharing skills.
