Global Payroll Lead

Job Description

Typeform is seeking a Global Payroll Lead to take full ownership of its payroll operations across the world. The Global Payroll Lead will run the process end to end for direct employees as well as through PEOs and EORs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. The role involves close collaboration with partners like Deel, Thanks Ben, the Treasury team, and People Ops to maintain smooth operations, build for scale, and support global growth.Responsibilities include:

• Owning the global payroll process and ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.
• Maintaining payroll accuracy and reliability to foster employee engagement and trust.
• Managing payroll operations globally across all employment types (direct hire, PEO, EOR).
• Collaborating with platforms like Deel and Thanks Ben for smooth processing of employee changes and pay adjustments.
• Working with Treasury to ensure timely and accurate funding in the appropriate currencies.
• Partnering with Finance and NetSuite teams to implement automation, including API integrations.
• Helping define and scale payroll frameworks to support new geographies and employment models.
