OKX is seeking a Strategic Communications Director to enhance the CEO's visibility and influence on social media. The role involves leading social media strategy, content creation, media engagement, and speechwriting. The Director will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to craft compelling narratives that drive the CEO's thought leadership in blockchain, fintech, and digital assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide the CEO's social media presence, primarily on X (formerly Twitter).
  • Develop and implement a cohesive communications strategy.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality content, including speeches and op-eds.
  • Provide strategic counsel during high-stakes situations.
  • Oversee executive messaging for internal channels.
  • Leverage social listening tools and performance analytics.
  • Manage and mentor junior communications staff.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in executive communications or related fields.
  • Proven track record in managing executive-level social media.
  • Deep expertise in Web3, blockchain, fintech, or technology sectors.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Experience with high-profile executives and global brands.
