Job Description

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Vice President of Procurement to establish and develop a world-class corporate procurement department. This role involves strategic sourcing to support all Precision for Medicine business units. The VP of Procurement will lead the strategy, design, and execution of strategic sourcing initiatives, working cross-functionally with stakeholders across the enterprise.Responsibilities:

• Establishing a sourcing strategy.
• Partnering with leaders to provide efficient category strategies.
• Leading multi-functional stakeholder teams on strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Conducting regular contract review meetings with suppliers.
• Providing advice on procurement-related issues.
• Cultivating a strong team environment and service culture.
• Managing the end-to-end Source to Contract process.
• Developing and analyzing key procurement metrics and spend analytics.
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Establishing a robust supplier evaluation framework.
• Identifying opportunities for supplier development.
• Delivering on savings and value targets.
• Integrating a global perspective into sourcing activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management.
• 13+ years of experience in a strategic sourcing role within the Pharma Services industry.
• 10+ years of experience directly managing others.
• Experience working in a matrixed business environment.
• Experience leading large, complex sourcing projects.
• Deep knowledge of sourcing processes and market trends.
• Proven analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office365.
