Guerrilla is seeking a Tools Programmer to contribute to the development of the Decima Engine's Editor. This role requires strong programming skills and a passion for user experience. The Tools Programmer will work within a team of software engineers, collaborating with artists and designers to analyze workflows and identify areas for improvement. They will be responsible for breaking down larger tasks into actionable items and writing high-quality, maintainable code. The Tools Programmer will contribute to the vision for content-authoring tools within a dynamic game studio. - Work in a team of software engineers, and interact closely with artists and designers
- Collaborate with senior developers to analyze workflows, and identify areas for improvement
- Responsible for breaking down bigger areas of work into actionable tasks
- Write high quality, maintainable code
- Contribute to the vision for content-authoring tools within a large, dynamic games studio
- Have at least 3 years of DCC/GUI Tools Development experience in the games or a related industry
- Competent in C++ with a focus on clean design and an eye for optimization
- Skilled algorithms, software design & architecture, and debugging
- A strong written & verbal communicator
