Job Description
Adyen, a financial technology platform that provides payments, data, and financial products, is seeking an experienced Alliances Partner Manager to expand its Alliance Partnerships program in EMEA, based in London. The company's clients include Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. This role involves cultivating and expanding relationships with global systems integrators (GSIs) and consultancies partners. The ideal candidate will strategically collaborate to maximize mutual benefits with partners operating in these domains.

What this role involves:
  • Executing a comprehensive partner management strategy.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact between Adyen and alliance partners.
  • Leading the recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing support of GSIs.
  • Collaborating with GSIs to devise joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Driving negotiation and administration of partnership agreements.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach to Alliance partnership success.
  • Evaluating key performance metrics and continuously optimize GSI partnership performance.
  • Engaging key stakeholders within GSIs to understand their needs and address challenges.
  • Conducting regular business reviews with SIs to ensure alignment on objectives.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a direct partnerships or alliances facing role.
  • Experience building partnerships with GSIs or consultants focused on the payments or fintech or digital transformation space.
  • Ability to think and operate like an entrepreneur.
  • Ability to see the bigger picture in channel management using a global and commercial mindset.
  • Flexible, professional, accurate and structured.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Full professional proficiency (written and verbal) in English.
