Yext is seeking a Partner Solutions Manager to join the Partnerships & Alliances team. This role focuses on leading joint solution development, partner enablement, and technical strategy with strategic partners, including Regional System Integrators (RSIs), Global System Integrators (GSIs), Digital Agencies, Resellers, and Integrated Software Vendors (ISVs). The goal is to drive retention and growth through these partnerships.He/she will act as the technical point of contact for partners, enabling them to successfully implement, integrate, and co-innovate with Yext's SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between partner strategy, customer needs, and the product's technical capabilities.
What this role involves: - Owning and leading Delivery Partner relationships with Agencies and System Integrators.
- Collaborating with the Partner Alliance Management Team to evangelize the Yext platform.
- Leading technical enablement for new partners.
- Validating joint solution architectures and statements of work.
- Driving joint KPIs measuring partner technical quality and customer satisfaction.
- Acting as the technical liaison between partners and internal teams.
- Understanding Partner business goals and anticipating future needs.
- Communicating the value of Yext solutions to partners.
- Driving recurring strategy sessions to ensure partner success.
- Sharing product roadmap with partners and providing recommendations.
Requirements: - BA/BS degree or similar university level education.
- Minimum 5 years of business experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Ideally 3+ years of experience in Partner Solutions, Solutions Engineering, Services, or similar technical roles.
- Demonstrated history of quota attainment or team goal attainment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong technical acumen with expertise in SEO fundamentals, REST APIs, and web development frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
