Job Description
AXS is seeking a Finance and Financial Reporting Manager to provide accurate financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and strategic insight. The Finance and Financial Reporting Manager will consolidate and analyze financial data, create reports, and offer suggestions to facilitate informed business decisions. This role requires a firm grasp of financial planning and analysis.

What This Role Involves:
  • Ensuring financial compliance of policy and procedures.
  • Implementing standardized accounting and reporting processes.
  • Producing consolidated financial reports.
  • Strategizing and overseeing Profit and Loss (P&L) activities.
  • Providing analytical and quantitative analysis.
  • Developing annual budgets and creating monthly forecasts.
  • Assisting with the annual global audit.
  • Monitoring the global consolidated headcount and analyzing KPIs.
  • Participating in monthly management P&L review meetings.
  • Acting as a back-up for financial analyst.
  • Assisting the VP of Finance and Financial Reporting on adhoc projects.

Requirements:
  • BS/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and/or accounting.
  • Prior experience with planning solutions: Oracle (JD Edwards), Hubble preferred.
  • Advanced Excel, Modeling, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, financial modeling, working knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Advanced process documentation skills.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in managing numerous projects, tasks, and priorities.
  • Must be organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
