Job Description
Archer, an aerospace company, is seeking a Finance Business Process & Digital Transformation Lead. This role is responsible for overseeing, optimizing, and improving financial processes and implementing digital initiatives within the Finance organization. The ideal candidate will bridge finance operations with technology and business strategy to ensure efficient, compliant, and effective financial workflows and to implement innovative technologies to enable data-driven decision-making across the Finance organization.

Role involves:
  • Developing and executing the finance process improvement and digital transformation roadmap.
  • Identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies.
  • Leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of finance processes.
  • Developing and implementing automation solutions for manual finance tasks.
  • Partnering with IT to implement new financial technologies and tools.
  • Leading change management initiatives for finance process transformations.
  • Developing finance data strategy to improve data quality, accessibility, and utilization.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in finance, with 3+ years leading business processes and digital initiatives.
  • Strong background in finance operations and processes.
  • Experience with finance systems implementation and optimization.

Archer offers:
  • A base pay between $215,320.00 - $225,800.00.
