Archer Aviation is seeking an Engineering Technician to support the assembly, integration, and testing of electromechanical systems for their eVTOL aircraft. The Engineering Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. - Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics.
- Assembling mechanical and structural sub-systems.
- Installing and aligning major components.
- Performing functional checks and recording build data.
- Troubleshooting mechanical assembly issues.

- Maintaining accurate documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the aerospace and/or automotive industry.
- Associate’s degree or certification in engineering technology (or 4+ years of experience).
- Solid understanding of mechanical and structural assembly techniques.
- Knowledge of aircraft safety procedures and industry regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and FAA guidelines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and work in confined spaces.
