Job Description
Archer Aviation is seeking an Engineering Technician to support the assembly, integration, and testing of electromechanical systems for their eVTOL aircraft. The Engineering Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.   • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics.
  • Assembling mechanical and structural sub-systems.
  • Installing and aligning major components.
  • Performing functional checks and recording build data.

  • Maintaining accurate documentation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the aerospace and/or automotive industry.
  • Associate’s degree or certification in engineering technology (or 4+ years of experience).
  • Solid understanding of mechanical and structural assembly techniques.
  • Knowledge of aircraft safety procedures and industry regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and FAA guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and work in confined spaces.
