Job Description
Remote is seeking a Customer Care Associate to provide support to standard users across various verticals and product areas. This role involves providing customer support via email and live messaging channels. What this role involves:
  • Solving tickets per week across various Remote verticals.
  • Maintaining productivity standards with attention to detail.
  • Responding to standard tickets via email and live messaging within agreed service level times.
  • Collaborating with Customer Success, cross-vertical operational teams, and Sales.

Requirements:
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and customer advocacy.
  • Relevant experience in Customer Support and Customer Enablement within a product or tech environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Persistence, kindness, and patience.
  • Strong interest in modern web technologies and apps.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Experience working remotely or in a fast-scaling organization (preferred).
  • Experience with HR, Payroll, Healthcare, and/or Pension (preferred).
