Job Description
TheFork is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and scale a sales team focused on new and high-potential markets. This role involves building a team of inside sales representatives, account managers, and trainers in Barcelona, targeting markets like Poland, Ireland, and the UAE. The Sales Manager will monitor team KPIs, coach on value-based selling, and collaborate with other teams to improve efficiency.
What this role involves:
- Hiring, leading, and developing a sales team.
- Monitoring team KPIs and daily performance.
- Coaching the team on value-based selling.
- Collaborating with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Providing regular performance reports.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing B2B sales teams.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Results-driven and motivational leadership.
- Analytical and data-oriented skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity.
