Job Description

TheFork is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and scale a sales team focused on new and high-potential markets. This role involves building a team of inside sales representatives, account managers, and trainers in Barcelona, targeting markets like Poland, Ireland, and the UAE. The Sales Manager will monitor team KPIs, coach on value-based selling, and collaborate with other teams to improve efficiency.

What this role involves:

  • Hiring, leading, and developing a sales team.
  • Monitoring team KPIs and daily performance.
  • Coaching the team on value-based selling.
  • Collaborating with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Providing regular performance reports.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing B2B sales teams.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Results-driven and motivational leadership.
  • Analytical and data-oriented skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity.
