Job Description
Lucid Software is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join their team in Melbourne. This role is pivotal in ensuring customers maximize the value they derive from Lucid's products. The Customer Success Specialist will work within a strategic team to enhance customer success efficiently, engaging with customers based on their needs. They will communicate primarily via email but should be comfortable with screen shares and phone calls to assist customers. Understanding and enabling Lucid's business strategy is crucial for this role, requiring strong teamwork and trust.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop an understanding of customers’ business objectives.
  • Identify and monitor key user operational metrics.
  • Support ongoing successful adoption of key Lucid products and features.
  • Develop and execute data-driven recommendations at scale.
  • Maintain product and billing expertise and resolve user issues.
  • Manage technical issues and proactively identify consumer needs.
  • Innovate processes and systems to improve billing support.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience.
  • Develop tools, processes, and best practices for customer value realization.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a client-facing or technical role.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and a good team player.
  • Strong sense of personal ownership and responsibility.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Empathy and a passion for problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eligible to work in Australia.
  • Additional language skills are a plus (ES, FR, JA, PT, DE).
