Job Description
Pulley is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their growing Sales team. Pulley's mission is to make it easier for anyone to start a company. The ideal candidate will be passionate, execution-focused, and a self-starter, contributing to the growth of Pulley's equity management tools.

This role involves:
  • Prospecting and identifying leads through various channels.
  • Initiating contact with prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Qualifying leads by understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with prospects.
  • Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and market conditions.
  • Meeting or exceeding targets for lead generation and qualified meetings.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business/sales development in a tech startup.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales metrics and quotas.
  • Proficiency in CRM and BDR software, as well as calling tools.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with outbound sales techniques and tools.
