Appier, an AI SaaS company, is seeking a Customer Success Manager for its enterprise solutions business unit in Taipei. The Customer Success Manager will manage key accounts, generate solutions, and ensure successful implementation. This role requires excellent digital marketing, technology know-how, and communication skills.Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction and ensuring client retention.
- Driving new customer onboarding and adoption.
- Responding to customer challenges and collaborating with internal teams.
Requirements include:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Software, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success or account management.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin; ability to speak Thai is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with deep analytical skills.
- Ability to speak to a technical audience.
- Fast-learner, ability to strive in a fast-paced environment.
