Anthropic is seeking an Analytics Engineer (People) to contribute to its mission of creating reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. This role involves building data infrastructure and analytics solutions that provide strategic insights into workforce trends and employee experience. The Analytics Engineer will work with executives and cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness.Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes for people analytics data.
  • Build and maintain robust data models and dimensional schemas.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance.
  • Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with HR systems.
  • Develop and implement data models and algorithms to analyze workforce trends.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends and patterns.
  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define and scope people analytics projects.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or data science.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
  • Skilled in data visualization tools like Looker or Hex.
  • Strong understanding of HR data and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Comfortable with advanced statistical techniques.
  • Degree in a quantitative field or related disciplines.
