Job Description
Blockchain.com is seeking a Community Manager to build and expand its global community of crypto users. The Community Manager will be responsible for defining community goals, executing strategic initiatives, and fostering engagement across online and in-person channels. This role involves collaborating with product, marketing, strategy, and engineering teams.
  • Growing and managing a global community across platforms like Discord, Twitter, and Telegram.
  • Defining and tracking key community KPIs related to engagement and user growth.
  • Collaborating with product and engineering teams to relay feedback.
  • Planning and executing community activations, including online and IRL events.
  • Driving daily engagement on Discord through content development and moderation.
  • Representing the voice of the community internally.
  • Staying on top of Web3 trends and community innovations.
  • Monitoring and reporting on community health and engagement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience building and scaling Web3 communities.
  • Mastery in managing audiences on Discord, Twitter, and Telegram.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and self-starting attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills to plan and track KPIs.
  • Technical fluency and comfort working with product and engineering teams.
  • Ability to analyze community metrics and pivot strategies.
  • An always-online mindset and excitement for engaging with global communities.
