Job Description

Hightouch, a company focused on empowering everyone to take action on their data, is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer. The role involves working closely with enterprise companies to solve their data-related challenges and explain technical concepts effectively. The Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives to overcome technical and business obstacles, advocate for customer interests, and create compelling technical content.

Role Involves:
• Explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Collaborating with data engineers, product managers, and marketers.
• Crafting creative technical solutions for customer data strategy and architecture.
• Removing technical and business-related obstacles in the sales process.
• Advocating for customer interests within Hightouch.
• Creating compelling technical content.

Requirements:
• 4+ years of sales experience, with 2+ years in enterprise sales.
• Strong discovery and interpersonal skills.
• Intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility.
• Experience selling Martech and/or Data Solutions.
• Experience with Cloud Warehouses, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Modeling, and APIs.
