Compliance Analyst - Advisory

Job Description

EarnIn is seeking a Compliance Analyst to mitigate consumer protection compliance risks and drive adherence to regulatory expectations. This role involves a data-driven approach to assess and improve business processes, compliance controls, and risk management strategies across deposits, payments, and lending.

• Collaborating with product and marketing teams to support compliance efforts.
• Evaluating the application of compliance requirements for new and existing products.
• Conducting preliminary research and analysis of new regulations.
• Supporting the development and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to support monitoring and testing of adherence to compliance policies.
• Assisting in designing and delivering compliance training materials.
• Contributing to the execution of compliance risk assessments.
• Participating in cross-functional projects.
• Monitoring and reporting on the implementation of corrective actions.
• Providing clear, well-documented guidance to stakeholders.

• 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of financial services laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with compliance/regulatory risks, processes, and control frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
• Creative thinker and problem solver.
