Job Description
EarnIn is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Senior Manager to own and scale engagement strategies for their recently launched Marketplace Offers platform. This is a contract position through November 2025.Role involves:
- Developing and executing marketing strategies to increase engagement and conversion for EarnIn’s Marketplace.
- Designing and launching targeted, personalized, and value-driven campaigns using owned channels (email, push, SMS, in-app).
- Owning the user journey for Marketplace Offers and identifying friction points.
- Partnering with Product and Analytics teams to align messaging with product value propositions and customer insights.
- Conducting A/B testing to drive continuous performance improvement.
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance.
- Using segmentation and lifecycle triggers to deliver the right message to the right user at the right time.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of CRM experience in a marketplace environment.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and behavioral targeting.
- Proficiency with LCM tools (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and analytics platforms (e.g., Looker, Amplitude, Tableau).
- Experience launching multi-channel campaigns end-to-end.
- A data-first mindset.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with different experimentation frameworks.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
