Team Lead, Verification and Quality Assurance

Job Description

StockX is seeking a Team Lead for Verification and Quality Assurance to oversee the day-to-day activities of the Verification and Quality Assurance teams. This role is crucial for ensuring staffing aligns with business needs, delivering quality assurance, and ensuring timely shipments. The Team Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop growth strategies.Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train Verification and Quality Assurance team members.
• Lead improvement activities for Verification and Quality Assurance.
• Prepare standardized work procedures and facilitate effective communication.
• Develop training documents and SOPs and facilitate training.
• Provide quality and performance metrics for team members.
• Establish team member staffing to meet business demands.
• Ensure accurate and on-time fulfillment and shipment of customer orders.
• Analyze production metrics and recommend process improvements.
• Foster a safe and team-based work environment.
• Provide reporting on key performance metrics.
• Conduct deep dive analysis to identify misses and bridge gaps.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in Verification, Operations, retail, or retail operations.
• Experience in supply chain management, operations, or a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate team members.
• Ability to manage large workloads and prioritize tasks.
• Advanced knowledge in warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Slack, and other office software.
• Strong knowledge of sneakers/streetwear/apparel/accessories.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and experience with strategizing and delegating tasks.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work well in teams and good communication skills.
