Job Description

IMC Trading is seeking a Graduate ETF Pricing Specialist to support the operational side of its US overnight trading desks. The role is based in Amsterdam, with a potential move to London later in the year. The ETF Pricing Specialist will collaborate with teams in Europe and the US, including a trip to the Chicago office for onboarding and training.

Role Involves:

  • Monitoring, developing, managing, and updating pricing tools.
  • Liaising between traders, the data engineering, and mid-office teams.
  • Supporting the market-making trade book.
  • Verifying backend processes (trade and PnL reporting).
  • Managing third-party relationships with data providers and ETF issuers.

Requirements:

  • Academic background in a relevant field (e.g., mathematics, physics, or econometrics).
  • Up to two years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with coding in Python.
  • Strong quantitative skillset.
  • Interest in financial markets.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, resilient, and able to act quickly.
  • Able to multitask, organize, and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to travel to the United States for work.
