Job Description
Twist Bioscience is seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide excellent support to customers in the APAC region. The representative will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with both customers and internal teams.
Role involves: - Responding to and resolving product, service, and order inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Processing sales purchase orders and validating information accuracy.
- Providing information and guidance to customers on product selection, website navigation, and order status.
- Staying current on key account orders and providing proactive updates.
- Generating sales quotes for sales representatives.
- For Japan position: Providing guidance on Asia region import / export logistics and compliance.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in life sciences or related field.
- 1-2 years work experience in biotech industry.
- 2+ years customer-facing experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong computer skills, familiarity with G-Suite, preferably including Salesforce.
- For Japan position: Familiarity with Asia region import / export logistics and compliance.
