Job Description
Twist Bioscience is seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide excellent support to customers in the APAC region. The representative will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with both customers and internal teams.
    Role involves:
  • Responding to and resolving product, service, and order inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Processing sales purchase orders and validating information accuracy.
  • Providing information and guidance to customers on product selection, website navigation, and order status.
  • Staying current on key account orders and providing proactive updates.
  • Generating sales quotes for sales representatives.
  • For Japan position: Providing guidance on Asia region import / export logistics and compliance.
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in life sciences or related field.
  • 1-2 years work experience in biotech industry.
  • 2+ years customer-facing experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Strong computer skills, familiarity with G-Suite, preferably including Salesforce.
  • For Japan position: Familiarity with Asia region import / export logistics and compliance.
