Job Description
Clariti is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to be a key player in ensuring client success and satisfaction. This role involves coordinating complex operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Senior Engagement Manager will report to the Director of Professional Services and will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed customer expectations.
Role involves:
- Collaborating with Clariti, System Integrators (SI), and customers to understand needs and ensure expectations are exceeded.
- Planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of the project lifecycle.
- Providing leadership to the Clariti Professional Services team.
- Implementing quality control processes and mitigating risks.
- Providing regular reports and updates to senior management.
- Managing customer expectations throughout engagements.
- Participating in practice development and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience leading enterprise-level IT engagements in SaaS-based Professional Services.
- 8+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
- Track record of building relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Experience applying project management and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of functions and roles within the professional services industry.
- Leadership and management capabilities.
- Expertise in objection handling.
- Proficient in leading organizational change and managing ambiguity.
- PMI PMP Certification currently held or obtained within 12 months of joining.
- Ability to travel within the United States and Canada approximately 40-50%.
