Senior Salesforce Administrator

Job Description

OneTrust is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to ensure the efficient execution of end-to-end processes within its Salesforce ecosystem. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Generalist Consultants, the ideal candidate will possess strong SFDC configuration skills, with an emphasis on solution design, troubleshooting, and flows. Experience with Marketo and Ironclad is also required.This role involves projects, small enhancements, troubleshooting bugs, and occasional project management. The candidate must have a service-oriented approach and a passion for Salesforce technology. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial.Responsibilities:

• Monitor Jira queues to troubleshoot incoming bugs and tasks.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, workflow rules, flows, and lightning record pages.
• Design, implement, and enhance Lead-to-Bill automation workflows.
• Implement and maintain data quality best practices.
• Provide advanced support for Salesforce requests.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a Salesforce Advanced Admin role.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Flows.
• Proficiency in writing Salesforce Validation Rules & Formulas.
• 3+ Salesforce Certifications.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Integrations, focused on Marketo and Ironclad.
