Capgemini Invent is seeking a highly motivated Praktikant / Werkstudent Human Resources Operations to join their HR Operations team. The role is based in Frankfurt am Main or München. The candidate will support the HR team in the operative day-to-day business in various areas of the employee lifecycle.

Role Involves:

Requirements:

  • Great interest in HR topics.
  • Student in economics, humanities or similar studies.
  • Structured way of working and enjoy promoting innovative ideas.
  • Organizational talent, reliable and a team player.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Proficient in using MS Office.
