Xometry is seeking a Principal Product Manager to enhance its ML sourcing capabilities. This role involves working with technical experts, understanding quantitative analyses, and possessing strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will connect ideas to business metrics, prioritize them into a roadmap, and execute efficiently.

What This Role Involves:
• Serving as a strategic leader on the product management team.
• Building collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
• Incorporating customer feedback and product analytics.
• Defining product metrics and reporting on outcomes.
• Leading complex, cross-team projects.

Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, quant-oriented mindset.
• Experience building roadmaps and managing product backlogs.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with platform-level AB tests.
• Must be a US citizen, green card holder, or a legal permanent resident of the United States.
