Capgemini Invent is seeking a Werkstudent (m/w/d) to join their HR Operations Team, supporting HR Controlling at the intersection of various departments. The role involves working within international teams in a leading consulting firm. The company promotes a value-oriented corporate culture with a focus on digital future topics and work-life balance.
The Werkstudent will be responsible for:
- Creating regular and ad-hoc reports.
- Supporting HR Analytics, including various forecasts.
- Assisting the HR team in daily operations across the Employee Life Cycle (Performance Management, Contract Management etc.)
- Collaborating closely with departments and HR colleagues.
Capgemini Invent requires following skills:
- Interest in HR topics.
- Student in Economics or similar field.
- Good Excel skills and willingness to learn.
- Analytical skills; PowerBI knowledge is a plus.
- High level of commitment and problem-solving skills.
- Reliability and team player attitude.
- Fluent German and English; good MS Office skills.
