Role involves:
- Guiding ServiceNow digitalization strategies
- Analysing IT processes
- Developing technical solutions for ServiceNow
- Configuring and implementing ServiceNow product lines
- Optimizing IT services using agile methods
- Managing national and international projects
Requirements:
- Several years of ServiceNow project experience
- Outstanding degree in economics, technology, or IT
- Experience in leading project teams
- Knowledge in ServiceNow workflows (IT, Employee, Customer)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist certifications
- Project Management experience
- Affinity to digital technologies
- Excellent German and English skills
