Pure Storage is seeking a Recruiter to join their growing team in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact the company by developing and executing recruiting strategies for diverse G&A clients. The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers, manage the candidate experience, and build robust talent pipelines in a high-growth environment.Responsibilities:
  • Develop recruiting strategies and operational plans.
  • Partner with hiring managers on screening, interviewing, and offer delivery.
  • Manage the candidate experience.
  • Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
  • Craft engaging job descriptions.
  • Partner with stakeholders like HR Business Partners and the Total Rewards team.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Track record of sourcing and hiring passive candidates.
  • Familiarity with roles in Finance & Accounting, HR, Sales, IT & Software Development.
  • Ability to articulate the Pure Storage value proposition.
  • Experience partnering with senior hiring managers.
  • Knowledge in direct sourcing and interviewing techniques.
