Pure Storage is seeking a Recruiter to join their growing team in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact the company by developing and executing recruiting strategies for diverse G&A clients. The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers, manage the candidate experience, and build robust talent pipelines in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities: - Develop recruiting strategies and operational plans.
- Partner with hiring managers on screening, interviewing, and offer delivery.
- Manage the candidate experience.
- Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
- Craft engaging job descriptions.
- Partner with stakeholders like HR Business Partners and the Total Rewards team.
Requirements: - 5+ years of recruiting experience.
- Track record of sourcing and hiring passive candidates.
- Familiarity with roles in Finance & Accounting, HR, Sales, IT & Software Development.
- Ability to articulate the Pure Storage value proposition.
- Experience partnering with senior hiring managers.
- Knowledge in direct sourcing and interviewing techniques.
