Job Description
Too Good To Go is seeking a Key Account Specialist to join their Supermarket Key Account Team. This role involves supporting and developing key account operations within the grocery retail sector. The Key Account Specialist will acquire new partners, support the Key Account Outbound Team, and maintain strong relationships with existing partners. They will also develop strategies to improve KPIs and processes, conduct targeted analyses, and implement optimization measures.
The role involves close collaboration with various sub-teams and departments to identify challenges, promote synergies, and improve existing processes. The Key Account Specialist will use internal tools such as Salesforce and Looker to create reports and evaluations that serve as a basis for strategic measures.
Responsibilities include:
- Acquiring new partners in the grocery retail sector.
- Supporting the Key Account Outbound Team.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
- Developing strategies to improve KPIs and processes.
- Conducting targeted analyses and implementing optimization measures.
- Planning and executing calling campaigns for performance optimization.
- Contributing to administrative and organizational tasks.
Requirements:
- Passion for Too Good To Go's mission.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Understanding of the structures and processes in the German grocery retail sector.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Team spirit and a positive, proactive attitude.
