People & Culture Student Worker

Job Description

Too Good To Go is seeking a People & Culture Student Worker to join their team at the Global HQ in Østerbro, Copenhagen. The ideal candidate will be passionate about People & Culture and eager to develop their skills in a dynamic scale-up environment. The Student Worker will report to the Head of People & Culture in Denmark and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, precise data handling, and a great employee experience.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and first-hand explore what a People & Culture team does. The candidate will be working side by side with a team of experienced and passionate professionals, giving valuable insights into HR operations, as well as other areas of the People & Culture space.

Role involves:

• Maintaining and updating the HRIS (BambooHR).
• Supporting the Talent Acquisition team.
• Coordinating onboarding activities.
• Assisting international new joiners with practical information.
• Handling ad hoc People & Culture tasks.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
• Genuine interest in HR and People Operations.
• Detail-oriented and structured.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks.
• Fluent in Danish and English.
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems.
• A collaborative team player.
