Senior QA Engineer

Job Description

Too Good To Go is seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Engineer to join its Retail Technologies team in Paris. The company's mission is to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste. The Senior QA Engineer will take full ownership of quality assurance of the native Android Application, across cross-functional product teams, playing a key role in shaping and maintaining top-tier quality standards. He/She will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and drive a culture of excellence, ensuring that every release is robust, secure, and high-performing.

Role involves:

• Leading and implementing QA best practices on the Android Application.
• Developing, maintaining, and executing comprehensive test plans and cases, both manual and automated.
• Continuously improving QA processes and testing workflows.
• Partnering with engineers and PMs early in the product lifecycle.
• Serving as the primary QA point of contact, mentoring teammates and advocating for quality.
• Proactively identifying areas for improvement in scalability, reliability, and overall testing strategy.

Requirements:

• Multiple years of experience in automated testing on native Android Application.
• Experience working in contexts where hotfixing is complicated.
• Good organizational skills to be autonomous and define your own roadmap.
• A form of leadership to implement good QA culture across the organization and raise the bar.
• Curiosity and attention to detail.
