• Planning, managing, and scaling multiple marketing channels.
• Direct accountability for key performance metrics.
• Leveraging analytics and testing frameworks to optimize performance.
• Managing and optimizing the marketing tech stack.
• Leading and executing strategic SEO initiatives.
• Analyzing campaign performance and providing insightful reporting.
• Collaborating with product, engineering, and creative teams.

Requirements include:

• BA/BS degree or higher.
• Proven record of managing and scaling paid media campaigns.
• Deep understanding of analytics and growth frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to use A/B testing to drive growth.
• High technical fluency.
• Experience in driving rapid growth through innovative strategies.
• Experience utilizing AI tools to boost productivity.
