XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking a Software Engineering Coordinator to lead its back-end team focused on authentication, digital identity, and fraud prevention solutions. This role is crucial for ensuring the security of digital customer journeys by building and evolving critical systems such as identity servers, OAuth 2.0 authentication, and anti-fraud mechanisms.

Role Involves:

  • Leading and developing a team of back-end software engineers.
  • Planning and executing complex technology projects.
  • Acting as a liaison between the technical team and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring the implementation of secure development practices.
  • Driving technological transformation initiatives.
  • Monitoring and continuously improving fraud prevention systems.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on back-end development.
  • Extensive experience with the Microsoft platform and .NET.
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of authentication protocols (especially OAuth 2.0) and digital identity systems.
  • Experience in high-security environments, with a focus on fraud prevention and data protection.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Residence in São Paulo or the metropolitan area, with availability for hybrid work (3 times per week in the office).
