Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant for Digital Acceleration to master exciting projects and support clients in future-proofing their IT departments. The consultant will advise national and international clients on Tech Strategy, IT Value & Cost Optimization, Software Transformations, IT-Sourcing, and IT M&A.
The role involves identifying innovative strategies, optimizing IT processes, and developing customized solutions to drive digital transformation. The Senior Consultant will analyze complex problems and develop sustainable solutions for clients' digital agendas, contributing to strengthening business strategies through innovative IT concepts.
Role Involves:
- Advising clients on tech strategy and IT optimization.
- Identifying and implementing innovative strategies.
- Optimizing IT processes.

Requirements:
- Practical professional experience and initial leadership experience in consulting or international companies.
- A degree in (Business) Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a comparable field.
- Motivation, reliability, and a high willingness to learn.
- Interest in digital transformation and strategic analysis.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit.
- Excellent German and English skills, flexibility, and willingness to travel.
