Job Description
Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant in Digital Acceleration to tackle exciting projects and challenging tasks. The consultant will support clients in future-proofing their IT departments organizationally, technologically, and strategically.
The role involves advising national and international clients across industries on Tech Strategy, IT Value & Cost Optimization, Software Transformations, IT-Sourcing, and IT M&A. The consultant will identify innovative strategies, optimize IT processes, and develop tailored solutions to drive the digital transformation of clients.
As part of an expert group or stream lead, the consultant will develop solutions to complex tasks and contribute to strengthening clients' business strategies through innovative IT concepts and target images.
Role Involves:- Advising clients on Tech Strategy, IT Value & Cost Optimization, Software Transformations, IT-Sourcing, and IT M&A.
- Identifying innovative strategies and optimizing IT processes.
- Developing tailored solutions for digital transformation.
- Analyzing complex problems and developing future-proof solutions.
- Contributing to strengthening business strategies through innovative IT concepts.
- Practical professional experience and initial leadership experience in consulting or international companies.
- A degree in (Business) Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Motivation, reliability, and a high willingness to learn.
- Interest in digital transformation and strategic analysis.
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a confident demeanor.
- Excellent German and English skills, flexibility, and willingness to travel.
