Job Description
Doctolib is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its Clinical Platform domain, focusing on document classification. The role involves working within a team of 5 software engineers to enhance the French classification module and develop new modules for Germany and other countries. The Senior Software Engineer will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement features that improve healthcare access for patients. They will also take a leading role within the team, contributing to the technical vision and ensuring the application's performance, security, and usability.
Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers.
- Take a leading role within the team and contribute to establishing a technical vision.
- Improve the performance of key features implemented in React (TypeScript/Javascript) and Ruby on Rails.
- Work with the team on the definition of the migration strategy on the new backend technical stack in Java/Kotlin.
- Take leadership on delivering roadmap items.
- Contribute to establishing a technical vision and co-drive the creation of the roadmap for next quarters.
Requirements: - 5/6 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience in React, Ruby on Rails and Java/Kotlin.
- Proactive, curious, collaborative, and eager to learn.
