Job Description
Doctolib is seeking a (Senior) Recruiter to join their Milan office on a 6-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The recruiter will be part of the Global Talent Acquisition team and will focus on attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent for Doctolib's Italian market, primarily for business roles such as Sales, Customer Care, Satisfaction, and Deployment. The role involves close collaboration with leaders and the HR team to define recruitment needs and execute effective recruitment processes.
Responsibilities: - Lead full-cycle recruitment for Doctolib's Milan office, focusing on business roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop comprehensive job briefs and recruitment strategies.
- Execute targeted sourcing campaigns in the Italian market.
- Assess candidates' qualifications and cultural alignment.
- Ensure smooth collaboration with HR for efficient onboarding processes.
Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting candidates.
- Experience in assessing candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Excellent relationship-building and strong communication skills.
- Experience working in global environments and fluent English.
