Job Description
Grafana Labs is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team. This role focuses on engaging with users and prospects to guide them on their Grafana journey, identifying new business opportunities in partnership with the Sales Team, and developing valuable skills. The SDR will balance reactive and proactive tasks, responding to inquiries and reaching out to target accounts. They will use research and AI to craft thoughtful messaging and drive business conversations.

Role Involves:
  • Building and maintaining knowledge of Grafana's technology, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Following up on inbound leads effectively.
  • Using a multi-channel approach (email, social, calling) for proactive outreach.
  • Using Salesforce and Grafana dashboards for lead and account management.
  • Prioritizing and customizing outreach using research and data.
  • Driving discovery conversations to understand user needs.
  • Meeting new business opportunity and pipeline targets.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
  • Located in FL, GA, VA, or TX.
  • Open to feedback and coaching.
  • Clear and concise communication style.
