Job Description
Wellhub, formerly Gympass, is seeking a Client Sales and Success Director to join their team in Santiago, Chile. This role is a hybrid position that requires both individual contribution and people management skills. The Client Sales and Success Director will lead a team of two individuals, one in Client Sales and one in Client Success. They will also be the Country Leader and primary spokesperson for Wellhub in Chile, both internally and externally.

The role involves:
  • Proactively prospecting for new clients through a personal network.
  • Collaborating with a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate leads via outbound campaigns.
  • Managing the complete sales cycle, from qualified opportunity to contract signing.
  • Partnering with the legal team to negotiate complex B2B contracts.
  • Acting as a coach to the team, leveraging tools such as Gong AI to provide continuous feedback and improve their skills and results.
  • Managing internal people leadership processes.
  • Representing Wellhub as the leader for the local market by participating in HR events.
  • Defining the strategy for the Chilean market and collaborating with global stakeholders to ensure its effective execution.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience (4-5 years) in B2B sales or account management leadership within Chile.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with large enterprises.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Understanding of b2b marketplace dynamics.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and client communication platforms, preferably Salesforce and Gong.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Passion for client relations and a commitment to excellence.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
  • Portuguese would be a plus.
