HyperionDev is seeking a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow its B2B business. The BDR will be responsible for generating leads and securing new business opportunities. This role is ideal for an ambitious sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys outbound prospecting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying potential business opportunities in corporate training and learnerships.
  • Conducting outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach).
  • Researching key decision-makers and initiating conversations.
  • Qualifying inbound leads.
  • Booking qualified meetings for the Account Executive and Sales team.
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM tools.
  • Following up with leads and nurturing relationships.
  • Staying up to date on market trends and competitors.
  • Tracking outreach performance and reporting on lead generation metrics.

Requirements include:

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (B2B sales experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to conduct cold outreach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
